Here at Cakes by Andrew we strive to use only the finest ingredients sourced with the upmost care to make sure we provide the best products to our customers. All our recipes are still the same as the ones developed and created by Andrew himself. Take a look at our full list of ingredients below:

Vanilla Buttercream*, Butter (FROM MILK), Icing Sugar, Tricalcium Phosphate (Anti-caking Agent), Vanilla flavouring- water, carrier propylene glycol; caramel sugar syrup, thickener xanthan gum; acidity regulator citric acid; preservative potassium sorbate; carrier glycerol.

White Chocolate Drip/Ganache**; Chocolate; Sugar, cocoa butter whole MILK powder, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla, Double cream (MILK).

Milk Chocolate Drip/Ganache**: Chocolate; Sugar, cocoa butter whole MILK powder, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla, cocoa mass, Double cream (MILK). 

**Where chocolate drip has been coloured, a variety of E number products would have been used to get the colour required. The specific E numbers can be supplied on request.

Chocolate Genoese Cake: Sugar, WHEAT Flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), fat, reduced cocoa powder, dried EGG white, EGG yolk powder, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whey solid (MILK), modified starch (WHEAT), dextrose, salt, vegetable oil, stabilisers, natural flavourings (may contain traces of SOYA).

Red Velvet Genoese Cake: Sugar, WHEAT Flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), fat, reduced cocoa powder, dried EGG white, EGG yolk powder, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whey solid (MILK), modified starch (WHEAT), dextrose, salt, vegetable oil, stabilisers, natural flavourings (may contain traces of SOYA), food colouring (E129 & E122).

Vanilla Genoese Cake: flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, emulsifiers, dried EGG whites, EGG yolk powder, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whey solids (MILK), modified starch (WHEAT), salt, stabilising xantham gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, natural flavouring.

Lemon Cake: Sugar, WHEAT flour, whey starch (MILK), rice starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), WHEAT protein, emulsifiers, natural flavouring, salt, stabilisers: carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, turmeric, Liquid EGG, vegetable oil.

American Carrot Cake: Sugar, WHEAT flour, vegetable oils, Whole EGG powder, modified starch, dried carrot, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), dextrose, salt, spices, colours (ammonia caramel, algal carotenes), emulsifier (E481), whey solids (MILK).
