All of our orders need to take place via our website. Due to the volume of messages we receive, we are unable to take orders via our social media channels so please bear that in mind!
At present, orders can be placed just 48 hours before the required delivery date! But we do recommend that you arrange for your cake to be delivered the DAY BEFORE your event, as we can't provide you with a specific delivery time until the morning of delivery.
Once you have chosen your cake design, we usually begin our preparations right away which is why we don’t accept changes once orders have been made.
At the present time, we're not able to provide personalisation options in terms of design, colours etc. But you can add candles and a customised name topper of your choice!
Our shop in Garston is closed and we now operate from our new bakery in Speke. All orders are now processed online and must be delivered to your door.
Orders cancelled up to 5 days before their delivery date will receive a gift card equal to the full value of their order. This will be valid for up to 12 months after the order date.
We offer both local and national delivery services. If you're within a 10 mile radius of our cake studio, you'll be eligible for free delivery! For all other orders, we use DPD. You can find out more here.
We're based in South Liverpool and offer free delivery to anyone within a 10 mile radius of our bakery. We now also offer UK-wide delivery to mainland England, Scotland and Wales!
Yes! As well as our main cakes, we also love to serve up tasty cupcakes and tray bakes.
At the present time, we are unable to guarantee that your cake will be free from gluten, soya or nuts. All of our cakes (apart from our vegan range) contain dairy. You can find out more about our dietary and allergen information here.
Our cake sizes vary, and certain designs will have specific sizes available. You can find out more by looking at each individual product.
If unopened and uncut, our cakes will stay fresh for around 3 or 4 days when left in the fridge. Once you’ve cut your cake, we recommend keeping it out of the fridge to avoid the sponge drying out.
